How long is the risk-free sleep trial?
We offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses. If you don't love it within the first 100 nights, we will pick it up and provide a full refund.
How is the mattress shipped to my home?
Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact, manageable box directly to your doorstep via standard ground shipping.
Do I need a specific bed frame for a Casper mattress?
Our mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface such as a platform bed, slatted base (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or a traditional foundation.
What is covered under the Casper warranty?
All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like permanent indentations greater than one inch.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Most mattresses expand within minutes, but it can take up to 24-48 hours to fully firm up and reach its final shape after being unboxed.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes, we offer an optional In-Home Delivery and Setup service in select areas, which includes the setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old one.
