We want you to love your sleep setup, which is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on mattresses and a 30-day return window for all other products. If you aren't completely satisfied, we'll arrange for a pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within your trial period.

  Prepare the Item

  For smaller items like sheets or pillows, place them back in their original packaging; for mattresses, there is no need to try and fit them back in the box.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture and mattresses, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to remove the item from your home at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
